Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, heavily used personal care products may not be eligible for return. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted. Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on: - Sale items - Gift cards - Used personal care products with visible signs of usage Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, you can place a new order after your return is approved. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
